Staff

100&Change is being managed by Lever for Change, an affiliate of the MacArthur Foundation. Lever for Change is a separate legal entity and 501(c)3 public charity with separate board oversight. MacArthur provides financial, legal, information technology, and other necessary services to Lever for Change through an administrative services agreement. In addition, specific MacArthur Foundation employees are assigned to provide services to Lever for Change under the administrative services agreement.
