A brief published by the MacArthur Foundation Research Network on Law and Neuroscience provides an overview of “neurolaw” – the intersection between law and neuroscience. The brief summarizes opportunities and limitations in this new field as neuroscientific evidence, such as brain development and injury, is increasingly taken into account in courtrooms.
