A report by the Roosevelt Institute, recipient of the MacArthur Award for Creative and Effective Institutions, puts forth a crowdsourced policy agenda for addressing issues of importance to college-aged students. Based on  a survey of 1,000 young people on 160 college campuses around the country, the report provides recommendations for reforms in education, the economy, and human rights as well as ideas for how to engage youth in the decision making process.
