Frameworks’ MessageMemo Talking Juvenile Justice Reform and the Shifting Gears on Juvenile Justice toolkit offer strategies for message development and narrative framing that clearly communicate the importance of youth development in the juvenile justice system. The materials offer recommendations – including specific verbiage that best resonates with audiences and the use of metaphor in making a case – to help advocates grow support for juvenile justice reforms.
