A report from Clean Air Task Force calls for coordination across private and public sectors to transform the United States’ clean energy infrastructure. Synthesizing a range of research, it shares creative models to improve electricity transmission with a hybrid of private sector efforts and government engagement. In contrast to the current piecemeal approach, MacArthur grantee Clean Air Task Force suggests a coordinated hybrid approach could scale capacity for a national grid, with shared burdens and benefits.
