Millenial

Millenials seek a government that is reactive to and reflective of their generation, according to Government By and For Millenial America, a report from the Roosevelt Institute Campus Network, which is part of MacArthur grantee the Roosevelt Institute. The report presents research conducted with more than 1,000 millenials around the country and shows a strong generational commitment to collective problem solving and activist government, as well as a desire to rise above existing systems and institutions that are ill-prepared to address oncoming challenges. The students who participated in the program’s launch identified the most important role government can play as “steward of the common good.” The Campus Network is present at more than 100 university campuses around the country and is dedicated to developing the next generation of progressive leaders.
