The Bipartisan Policy Center’s MacArthur-supported Housing Commission has put together an infographic illustrating the impact its 2013 recommendations to reform federal rental assistance programs would have. The Commission proposed expanding the housing voucher program to ensure rental assistance is universally available to all extremely low-income households — those with incomes at or below 30 percent of area median income.
