CHICAGO, ILLINOIS — Advance Illinois is an independent research and advocacy organization focused on improving public education in Illinois so that all students are ready for work, college, and democratic citizenship. Launched in 2008 with strong bipartisan and statewide support from business, political, and civic leaders, Advance Illinois has become a respected voice for public education policy and reform in the state. This grant provides operating support to enable Advance Illinois to continue its research and policy work, to improve public education across the state.
