A listening party and conversation about the play Clarence, In a Pause, a new music work by MacArthur Fellows Heather Christian (2025) and Taylor Mac (2017). The evening will include a performance of the play followed by a public dialogue led by Heather and Taylor about ideas and themes raised in the piece, as well as a group learning of a song from the show. The goal of the work is to help bridge divides and promote more understanding and empathy.
