Study Finds That Rents Are Falling in Cook County

A new study by DePaul University's Institute for Housing Studies, a MacArthur grantee, states that rents have again declined in most housing markets in Cook County in the past year, while there were signs of emerging rent stabilization in lower-income communities in Chicago.
