HRC Berkeley

A study by the Human Rights Center at UC Berkeley, a recipient of the MacArthur Award for Creative and Effective Institutions, assesses victims support resources provided by the International Criminal Court (ICC) and offers recommendations for improving them. The Center’s report states that the ICC falls short in meeting the informational and emotional needs of victims, and encourages the ICC to create programming that educates victims of their rights to and opportunities for redress through participation with the ICC.
