A project of The Carter Center seeks to demonstrate how evidence-based observation can support election reform in the United States. The project, supported by MacArthur in partnership with the National Conference of State Legislatures, will monitor and document U.S. election procedures. The resulting database will be accessible to state election authorities, state legislators, and others in order to improve electoral processes and voter experience in the United States.
