The Hatchery, a nonprofit in Chicago's Garfield Park neighborhood, supports career training and local entrepreneurship in the food and beverage industry. In addition to its physical resources that include private kitchens, event, co-working, and shared-cooking spaces, the Hatchery fosters community among entrepreneurs and job seekers to help strengthen the neighborhood.
