A report produced by Ciudadanos en Apoyo por los Derechos Humanos, a Foundation grantee, provides the first comprehensive assessment of disappearances at the state and local levels across Mexico. The report, posted in Spanish, was presented by researchers to representatives of the federal and state governments, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Representative for Mexico, and families of the disappeared in Nuevo Leon state. The report is intended to inform decision-makers of patterns observed in disappearances and impunity among state authorities related to the issue.
