report by the Housing Partnership Network, a recipient of the MacArthur Award for Creative and Effective Institutions, reviews international efforts to expand affordable housing and recommends broader engagement by social enterprises and more efficient delivery of capital to improve access to quality, affordable housing. The report draws upon the Network’s experience with the MacArthur-funded International Housing Partnership Exchange, which began in 2003 and has brought together leading social housing providers from the US, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and other countries.
