A platform created by the Tomas Rivera Policy Institute at the University of Southern California Sol Price School of Public Policy with support from our Safety and Justice Challenge sheds light on the impact of local justice systems on Latinos and noncitizens. The platform explores policies designed to divert people from incarceration and to reduce jail populations, and provides more than 200 resources for policymakers and advocates.
