The U.S. Impact Investing Alliance has shared 12 policy recommendations to leverage private capital for impact investments to address environmental and social challenges. Such recommendations to incentivize investments for the public good fall under two key themes: supporting community investing, like community development finance institutions, and improving outcomes for all stakeholders beyond investors and shareholders, like increasing transparency and reporting.
