The Center for Asian American Media (CAAM) has announced four emerging documentary filmmakers as its first CAAM Fellows. The MacArthur-supported fellowship will match the fellows with mentors who are established in the field, provide opportunities to showcase their work and for professional development, and facilitate more connections with the film industry. The fellowship is an extension of CAAM’s mission to support a diverse community of media makers telling stories from a variety of perspectives, backgrounds, and geographies.
