Mexico visa

A Spanish-language report by the Centro de Derechos Humanos Fray Matías de Cordova illustrates the obstacles faced by Central American migrants living in Mexico in obtaining and renewing temporary residency visas. Rising fees, bureaucratic hurdles, technology disenfranchisement, and other obstacles are causing many in this population to fall into undocumented status despite having lived in Mexico for more than a decade. The report includes recommendations for modifying current policies to increase access for immigration documentation for the migrant population residing in Mexico.
