The Clearinghouse CDFI of Lake Forest, California, the Primary Care Development Corporation of New York City, and the Corporation for Supportive Housing also of New York City have been announced as the winners of the NEXT Awards for Opportunity Finance. Each will receive a combined total of $8.25 million to expand national access to affordable housing, healthcare, and nonprofit community facilities in distressed communities across the U.S. The MacArthur-supported Opportunity Finance Network administers the award to exceptional community development finance institutions (CDFIs), with the aim of increasing CDFI reach in underserved communities or bringing new products to expanded markets.
