MacArthur joined grantmakers across the sector who are increasing their giving with the Level Up pledge. Funders will give more for at least two years and share data on their progress, and the pledge encourages flexible grantmaking that supports communities and centers justice. MacArthur is supporting the pledge and has already committed to raise our payout by 20 percent in 2025 and 2026. The Level Up campaign is hosted by CHANGE Philanthropy and its ten partner organizations, and by encouraging funders to transparently share data they are helping philanthropy meet its commitments to communities.
