An online platform offers new ways of communicating and mapping the vast landscape of urban governance models and approaches to challenges faced by cities around the world. This global database was created by the Urban Governance Survey, an initiative of the MacArthur-supported LSE Cities, to enable comparative policy and research analysis. The survey is part of the LSE Cities New Urban Governance initiative to examine multiple aspects of municipal planning, management, and governance.
