The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers has established the Fourth Amendment Center to educate the criminal defense bar on the ways in which the principles of the Fourth Amendment apply to their work in the digital age. The Center, supported by MacArthur, will serve as a clearinghouse of resources for lawyers and their clients, including material on emerging issues at the intersection of technology, privacy, and constitutional rights; a toolkit of resources to help lawyers identify opportunities to challenge government surveillance; and a tactical litigation support network to assist in cases that present opportunity to challenge the use of new technologies that infringe on the Fourth Amendment rights of
