Documentary film nonprofit Independent Television Services is partnering with The Washington Post to form a new collaboration between journalists and independent filmmakers. The Post will select and offer ITVS videos on PostTV and periodically suggest content themes for the video pipeline. The MacArthur-supported initiative is intended to spur innovative partnerships between traditional journalism and long-form documentary film to create new models of in-depth storytelling.
