The Global Workers Justice Alliance has created a comprehensive resource for information about the various non-immigrant visas used by U.S. employers to bring foreign workers to work in the United States. The Visa Pages contain detailed information summarizing key points of each visa, its history, the hiring process, basic regulatory schemes, enforcement mechanisms, and challenges in seeking portable justice for workers. The pages are intended to help workers, immigration advocates, lawmakers, and journalists obtain up to date information on the most critical temporary work visas used in the U.S. immigration system.
