SmartPhones and GIS Mapping Aid Community Development
April 27, 2006 | Grantee News | Community & Economic Development

With support from MacArthur, the Northeastern Illinois Planning Commission is providing interactive web-based tools, such as SmartPhones and GIS mapping technology, to help communities and regions plan for growth and investment.
