MacArthur Grantees Win Emmy Awards

MacArthur-supported programs P.O.V., Independent Lens, and Frontline were honored at this year’s News & Documentary Emmy Awards. P.O.V. collected five Emmys, including one for Best Documentary for Last Train Home, a film about China’s rush to economic development. Frontline won three awards, including one for Outstanding Coverage of a Breaking News Story in a News Magazine for its features on the Arab Spring.
