Grantee Awarded Human Rights Prize by the Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly

The Committee Against Torture, a human rights grantee based in the Russian city of Nizhny Novgorod, was awarded the biennial Human Rights Prize by the Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly to honor "outstanding civil society action in the defense of human rights in Europe."
