Congress approved a $125 million Workforce Innovation Fund for the U.S .Department of Labor. The Fund will support the development and scale-up of evidence-based interventions to improve education and employment outcomes for U.S. workers. The Fund is one of six initiatives enacted that reflect the evidence-based concepts promoted by the Coalition for Evidence-Based Policy, a grantee in the Foundation's Power of Measuring Social Benefits initiative.
