    GENEVA, SWITZERLAND — With MacArthur funds, ICMC will facilitate the participation of civil society representatives in the second High-Level Dialogue (HLD) on International Migration and Development, to be held at the UN General Assembly in October 2013, and at a one-day informal interactive civil society hearing, to be held in New York in July 2013 as a preparatory event for the HLD. Grant funds will cover travel and lodging for civil society representatives, the cost of organizing two larger civil society planning meetings (to be held in conjunction with the informal hearing and the HLD), and salary.
