    MEXICO CITY, MEXICO — Peace Brigades International works to enhance protections for the work of human rights defenders. PBI is providing in Mexico protective accompaniment to defenders, conducting security workshops for defenders, and undertaking advocacy on behalf of defenders. As a result of this grant, staff of human rights organizations will experience increased security in the conduct of their work.

The MacArthur Foundation awarded Peace Brigades International-Mexico $105,000 between 1983 and 2015.
