Precious Blood Ministry of Reconciliation

The Precious Blood Ministry of Reconciliation (PBMR) provides programs to youth on Chicago’s South Side that focus on the rehabilitation of offenders through reconciliation with victims and the community at large. It offers mentoring, case management, and outreach to court-involved youth both while they are in the justice system and after they return home. PBMR also works holistically with family and community members of youth to establish a seamless network of support. This award funds strategic planning efforts, bolsters human resource and training offerings, enhances communication and development functionalities, and makes improvements to technology and data infrastructure.
