Youth Peace Enterprises Incorporated NFP

HERStory: My Sisters' Keeper, a project of Youth Peace Enterprises, Inc., is a writing, literacy, and storytelling nonprofit that works with Black and Brown girls and young women between the ages of 16 and 24. HERStory produces Peace Bash events, which include peaceful marches that call for an end to gun violence and police misconduct; free musical performances; film screenings; and other cultural activities. With this award, Youth Peace Enterprises presents a HERStory Peace Bash in the fall of 2021 on Chicago’s South Side.
