Partnership for Public Service

Partnership for Public Service (PPS), founded in 2001, is a nonpartisan nonprofit that works to build a better government and strengthen democracy. PPS aims to improve government efficacy by providing resources and programming—such as workshops, awards, data analysis, and reporting—that recruit, build, and retain federal talent and government leaders; generate insights that can be used by government agencies working to address management challenges; and build public trust in and engagement with a well-functioning government.
