Institute of Social Sciences Trust (ISST) is a leading feminist research organization in India whose groundbreaking work on women's labor has shaped the policy discourse. Its mission is to build a just and equitable society by strengthening women’s agency and access to resources. 

This general operating grant provides ISST with the flexibility to advance its mission, which may include aligning its strategy and operations to India's evolving funding landscape and deepening and diversifying its funding partnerships to build long-term financial resilience.

To design a reproductive health strategy in India that uses local structures and can be replicated on a larger scale (over two years).

To support research and advocacy on poverty, gender inequality, and population policies (over two years).
