Founded in 1982, the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) is a Chicago-based, national nonprofit that equips professionals from underrepresented talent pools for successful careers in leadership. Its leadership development programs include skills assessment, career advancement workshops, networking, coaching, and mentoring. The organization offers its leadership programs to professionals representing a wide range of communities and career stages. In total, over 400 current and future leaders participate in HACE programs annually, and its alumni network consists of more than 4,000 professionals. HACE works to recruit participants to its programs from nonprofits with an emphasis on the arts, economic development, and/or community safety and violence prevention sectors.
