Freedom Fighters Documentary

Freedom Fighters Documentary, LLC will produce the documentary Freedom Fighters, directed by Jamie Meltzer about a detective agency in Dallas, Texas. After meeting in a support group, Christopher Scott, Johnnie Lindsey, and Billy Smith - who served a combined 59 years in prison before being cleared and released - form a detective agency, called the Freedom Fighters, to apply the lessons learned from their own exonerations to re-investigate the cases of others. The film will follow the Freedom Fighters as they work with the Dallas District Attorney’s office on their first six cases.
