Forward Global

Forward Global is a community of 300+ philanthropists and social impact leaders who collectively deploy $1 billion annually, tackling today’s biggest problems through learning, community, and action. Forward Global created Launch to provide an intentional path to support funders seeking to make a greater impact. Launch provides  an opportunity for funders to learn about the power of collaborative giving and alternative financing while providing a fiscal sponsorship to drive greater co-investment from its members. This lowers barriers to experimentation while maintaining strong accountability and compliance - thus enabling philanthropists to support bold work earlier and with greater confidence.

FedsForward

FedsForward, started in 2025 as a project of Forward Global, is a nonpartisan service that helps former career federal employees to carry their mission forward as they transition to employment in the private sector, while also helping employers source new talent with relevant experience and expertise. FedsForward’s approach includes three types of support: (1) help navigating the steps necessary to move from government work to private sector employment, (2) use of a proprietary Artificial Intelligence-enabled skills translator and (3) tailored resume preparation. The project also seeks to break down barriers to employment through the creation of a stronger alumni network across subject areas and geographies, especially outside the District of Columbia region.
