The Commonwealth Club World Affairs of California

The Commonwealth Club of California, founded in 1938 and based in San Francisco, CA, merged with the World Affairs Council of Northern California in late 2023. Together they host the Global Philanthropy Forum (GPF), which brings together a diverse global community of individual philanthropists, grantmakers, social investors, and executives of private and public foundations committed to international causes. Through an annual conference, special programs, and matchmaking services, GPF seeks to inform, enable, and enhance the strategic nature of its members’ giving and social investing. This grant supports the Global Philanthropy Forum.
