Action for the Climate Emergency

The Action for the Climate Emergency (ACE) was founded in 2008 with the mission to educate young people on the science of climate change and empower them to take action. In the last decade, ACE has educated over five million youth, grown its action network to more than 1,000,000 members, tracked over one million climate actions, and engaged hundreds of thousands of our nation’s youngest voters in our democracy on a message of climate justice. ACE builds youth power and converts that power into youth-led advocacy campaigns to advance climate justice policy and stop the expansion of fossil fuel infrastructure. This award supports the organization’s general operations.
