Alliance for an Energy Efficient Economy

The Alliance for an Energy Efficient Economy (AEEE) is a nongovernmental membership organization that advocates for energy efficiency as a resource in India. Through events, policy analyses, and other activities the organization works to create awareness across India about energy efficiency opportunities across the economy, including on cooling, transportation, and buildings. Members represent major domestic and international corporations, civil society organizations, academics, and entrepreneurs involved with energy efficiency. The award supports AEEE’s general operations.
