Alaska Press Club

The Alaska Press Club, in partnership with the Atwood Foundation and the Alaska Center for Excellence in Journalism, is building a Press Forward local chapter for the state of Alaska. This grant supports a landscape study, staff and consultant time, and a set of meetings during Alaska Journalism Week aimed at recruiting donors and partners to Press Forward Alaska. The goal of this work is to expand support for local news across the state of Alaska and improve the availability and accessibility of accurate and reliable news and information for residents of Alaska.
