In advance of Women's Equality Day on August 26, 2017, MacArthur Fellow Heidi Hartmann will be on reddit AMA to talk about the Wage Gap, a measure of the inequality in earnings between women and men who work full time, year round in the labor market. She'll field questions about the different factors that contribute to it, and she'll also field questions about other work of hers.
