Yasser Salah

Manager, Service Desk Information Technology

Yasser leads the IT service and helpdesk support function ensuring IT service excellence is delivered to the Foundation.

Prior to joining MacArthur, Yasser was the Senior Manager of IT Support Services at Allied Benefit Systems where he helped engineer and lead the IT Support Services department including help desk, network and security infrastructure. Prior to that, Yasser led the campus and enterprise services team at Truven Health Analytics, an IBM Company. He was a key member of the team responsible for help desk and deploying Office 365 cloud services.

Yasser has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Roosevelt University.
