Quinn Hanzel

Quinn serves as the Grants Manager for the Criminal Justice and Philanthropy portfolios, ensuring the proper management of grants, including compliance with the requirements, financial reporting, and ongoing monitoring. During Quinn’s time with the Foundation, she has worked on a variety of portfolios, including Human Rights, Migration, Cities, American Democracy, Juvenile Justice, Higher Education in Russia, Higher Education in Africa and, more recently, the Foundation’s 100&Change Program.

Before Quinn joined the Foundation, she worked on US-China trade issues with a Chicago-based import-export company, and in the Procurement Department of a Chicago-based engineering and construction firm.

Quinn holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service, with a concentration in Asian Studies, from Georgetown University and an MEd in Bilingual-Bicultural Education from DePaul University. She speaks Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
