Nicole supports the creation and implementation of strategic communications plans which raise the visibility of Lever for Change and further the impact of its brand. In her role, she collaborates with Lever for Change colleagues and partner teams to deliver high-quality communications materials throughout all stages of the competition lifecycle, including content for emails, social media channels, and websites.
Prior to joining Lever for Change in 2021, Nicole worked as a Marketing Analyst at Slalom Consulting, where she managed and executed high-touch marketing campaigns to engage clients. Previously, she was a Content Editor and Copywriter at Asurion, developing content and editorial strategies for the company’s communication channels and platforms. Earlier in her career, Nicole spent several years teaching and leading as part of Teach For America, as well as developing curriculum and coaching other educators at Ewing Marion Kauffman School in Kansas City, Missouri.
Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with a major in English and minors in Communication and Spanish.
