Mikael is an Awards Management Associate at Lever for Change, where he supports all aspects of customized competitions by reviewing and analyzing proposals, conducting data analysis, and providing ongoing support to donor partners and finalist teams.
Prior to joining Lever for Change, Mikael was a Research Assistant at the American Institutes for Research (AIR). He worked on several projects focused on improving educational outcomes for students of all ages through the collection, analysis, and communication of evidence-based research. He also helped manage the grantmaking process of the AIR Equity Initiative, a philanthropic effort to promote equity in education, health, public safety, and workforce development.
Mikael is a graduate of The College of Wooster, where he earned a BA in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations.
