Kelly works with the Building Manager and building staff to successfully manage the day-to-day operations of the Marquette Building. She works and communicates with vendors and tenants to support a well-run, efficient building and place of work.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Kelly was the Assistant Property Manager at the Google headquarters building in Fulton Market with The RMR Group. She also spent over 6 years with the Tishman Speyer management team working at the two-million-square-foot CME Center.
Kelly has her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University. She holds an active IL Real Estate Broker License and obtained her Real Property Administrator designation from Building Owner and Managers Association.
