Kate spent many years in advertising working for companies such as Ogilvy & Mather, J. Walter Thompson, Young & Rubicam and Foote, Cone & Belding. In addition, she spent time at MacArthur from 2004-2009 as a temporary employee, working in the General Program and Secretary’s Office in different capacities, which included work on the MacArthur Award for Creative and Effective Institutions (MacArthur Award) and the MacArthur International Justice Award.
Kate has a bachelor of arts in Advertising from Michigan State University.
