Briza Cardenas

Briza’s focus is to assist Lever for Change Vice Presidents and their operations department by ensuring internal demands are running as effective as possible. She helps manage their time and assists with special projects that will benefit the organization’s goals.

Briza has over a decade of experience in the operations and administrative field and has worked in many industries over those years. Prior to joining Lever for Change, Briza worked at Language & Culture Worldwide as the Chief of Staff/Operations Manager, where she worked closely with C-Suite leaders and Fortune 500 companies. Her primary responsibilities were to make sure everything internal was documented and running smoothly. She helped build and maintain the wellness and culture initiatives and most importantly had a people-centric approach to how she worked.

Briza graduated from DePaul University with a degree in Media and Communications.
